Mr. Niu Fachang Manager for Project and Investment Department of Baijin Group Male, born in May 1963, native of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province; holding University diploma, bachelor’s degree of engineering; graduated from major Chemical Mechanical Engineering of Dalian Institute of Technology (now the Dalian University of Science and Technology) in 1986; a key player in the construction of Chongqing Golden Crown Chemical Co. Ltd. since January 2006, acting as the Vice-General Commander on site and the Chief Engineer, acting as the Vice-Manager for production and equipment during production; working in the Project and Investment Department of Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group Co. Ltd. since October 2007; ever winning the second prize of Investigation and Design in construction Engineering of Shanxi Province 1999 and the second prize for Excellent Engineering Design of Shanxi Province in 1996; holding professional titles of Certified Construction Control Engineer and Advanced Chemical Engineer.
