Niu Fachang

Mr. Niu Fachang, graduated from Dalian University of Technology in 1986, has been engaged in design and production management in chemical industry for 38 years. As a senior engineer, he joined Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group since 2006 and served successively as the deputy project director and the deputy general manager of Jinguan Company, the manager of Investment and Projects Division of Shanghai Baijin Group, as well as the assistant to the general manager of Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group. He was responsible for the Indonesian SPV project and the technology output, project construction, and commissioning of turnkey projects for Indo Baijin project. Mr. Niu has served as the general manager and the executive director of Indo Baijin Company and the deputy general manager of Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group since 2014. He has been awarded the Baijin Golden Star Award and the Baijin Merit Award by Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group.
