Ms. Suman Yadav

Ms. Suman Yadav is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and currently serves as the Company Secretary of Indobaijin Chemicals Private Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in addition to her academic background in commerce, which strengthens her expertise in corporate legal and governance frameworks.

With over three years of professional experience in Company Secretarial functions, she has developed significant exposure to corporate compliance, statutory and regulatory matters, and corporate governance practices under applicable laws. In her professional capacity, she plays an active role in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while supporting effective governance mechanisms within the organization.

Beyond her core professional responsibilities, Ms. Yadav is actively involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable community development and social impact. She is also a member of the Rotaract Club of Sky City, Mumbai, where she contributes to various leadership and community service initiatives.

Outside of her professional and social engagements, she is passionate about badminton and is a dedicated animal lover who actively supports and participates in animal rescue and welfare activities, reflecting her compassionate approach toward society and the environment.
