Mr. Chaitanya Joshi was associated with company as a Head of Operations since 2023 and now has been designated to Whole Time Director (KMP) and is responsible for organizational total supply chain, operations, sales & marketing and profit and loss.
He is graduate in Chemical Engineering and brings more than 25 years of experience in varied chemical industries namely, Tata Chemicals, DuPont, Henkel Adhesives, REHAU Polymers.
His expertise in the areas of Behaviour & Process Safety, Continual Improvements, Operations & Manufacturing Management, Lean Engineering, Techno-commercials operations, People management and Business operations including P & L.
He works on the principle of People and Process strategy and overall transformation of self and organization through change management.
He loves nature and likes to visit natural places in his leisure time. He like to read books. He is promoter of Health and Wellness and loves to work with people to make relations and positive change in people health.
