Kong Qingze

Mr. Kong Qingze was born in Shanxi Province, China, in 1966. He graduated from Nankai University with a degree in Business Administration in Tianjin, China. He is the Chairman of Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group, China and the Deputy Chairman of Indo Baijin Chemicals Private Limited, India. With more than three decades working experience in chemical industry since 1990, he has served successively as the General Manager of Shanxi Jinxinghua Chemical Co., Ltd. and of Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group till 2022. In 2023, Mr. Kong becomes the Chairman of Shanghai Baijin Chemical Group. Beaing management innovation in his mind, Mr. Kong has led Baijin Group on the way to a modern enterprise management system.
